early miscarriage and shitty doctors

so... just to vent. I recently have gotten my iud in early december, ovulated ttc. started to get pregnancy symptoms my boobs felt literally engorged had to get an ice pack and a sports bra or I would cry it hurt so bad. got 3 BFP. well I started bleeding today. went in to a random doctor, and he was young and a prick and said "the bleeding is a clear indication I'm not pregnant" proceeded to tell me "positive tests are only when there's a placenta releasing hormones" after my blood test came back negative, and I had to show pictures of my urine tests, he told me well, obviously you have your period which means you miscarried. but it's early and it's only a ball of cells. 😫 I feel defeated and sad. and glad I didn't tell anyone but our parents. And I just needed to vent to people who understand. whether its ball a cells or not it's still hard to be let down.
