So, we found out on December 14th that I had a very early miscarriage caused by a blighted ovum. I bled pretty heavy for 4 days and I haven’t had a normal period yet. According to the ER after doing 2 ultrasounds a urine test and a blood test I was “never pregnant and got false positives” because my hcg levels were like 15-16 something (our ER department is a JOKE) but at my follow up with my OB the next morning he explained what ACTUALLY happened and said he thought my body had ended the pregnancy before I ever even got the positive tests and that I only got positive because the hormones were still in my system. This afternoon and evening I took these and I’m not sure what to think? Is it possible to be pregnant already when I haven’t even had a normal period yet?
