How do I find time?

I’m a high school student, around 205 pounds and 5’1. Meaning that I am morbidly obese and am putting myself in danger of multiple diseases like type 2 diabetes.

Now, I try my best to eat clean. But there are days when I am so busy that I skip breakfast and lunch - leading me to binge in the afternoons.

I’ve been better, making sure that I get something to eat for breakfast - but I use my lunch periods to study and do work. I also make sure to drink lots of water daily.

Adding on to all of this: I can hardly find time to exercises.

This may be an excuse, but I like to think that I try my best to walk to and from school...but the weather puts me in a situation where I have to resort to driving.

I’ve been striving for around 5 months to lose weight, but I’ve only lost around 20 pounds in 2 months. Now, nothing comes off.

Any advice? How can I find more time to exercise?
