I WANT to gain weight. help?

alright so before someone asks me if I’m being serious yes I am. this is something I want for myself to boost up my confidence for me and only me. so I’m just at 5’3 and right now I’m 115/116 pounds.

Guys my metabolism is on crack. I can eat whatever I want which is nice but I can’t gain weight and I love healthy food and working out which makes me lose weight if anything. so i stopped working out. I stopped running. I’ve tried every shake you can think of ensure and all that.

the most i’ve ever weighed was 118 when I was in track bc I used to lift heavy weights but the minute I stopped I lost so much weight (went back to like 105) im working full time and i’m a full time student so I don’t have time to lift weights anymore.I’m just so skinny it makes me feel so bad ab myself. My thighs touch but barely...I eat a lot too plenty of protein Ive done so much research nothing works on me.

Does anyone have any experience like this or something I should do ? :(
