Weight loss tips & motivation PLEASE!

So, originally I posted something similar anonymously, because people on this app can be really rude sometimes. But now I feel like if I found someone else’s post like this, & it wasn’t anonymous, it would’ve made me braver, so those are part of my intentions this time around. 😊😊😊

My main problem is laziness. Lack of motivation. I blame it on my depression, but I know the main reason I have depression is because of the way I feel about myself. When I was my healthiest weight, I was 150. I’m 5’8”. Then I got on the shot, because it was hard to take the pill at the same time every day & I wasn’t ready for a baby yet. Well, that was a mistake & I wish someone had told me not to do it. I gained 60 pounds in about 3 months (210 pounds). So I stopped the shot. I finally started losing weight about a year later (I got down to 200 pounds), & then I got pregnant. I was up to 225 pounds. When my son was born, I lost all the pregnancy weight & was back down to 200 pounds. Now my son is 14 weeks old, & I’m back up to 225 pounds. 😭 SO. Not only have I started exercising for at least 15 minutes every day (sometimes that’s all I have time for), but I’ve started only drinking water & wearing my waist trainer for about 6 hours a day. If you could all be the wonderful people I know you are, I would really appreciate your help with the following things:

1) HOW DO YOU KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED???? I know once I start seeing results, I’ll be motivated. That’s what happened last time. But up until then, how do I keep myself motivated?

2) I need a list of things I need to cut out of my diet. For example: when I was pregnant, the doctor said no blue cheese, so I cut that out right away.

3) Any other tips/advice/motivation you are willing to give me! If you have progress pictures & things like that, I would SO SO appreciate it!
