I've tried almond milk, cashew milk and soy milk and hated all of them. I don't drink cows milk anymore. I prefer raw goat milk but dairy is so bad for us. Nut milk is just as bad for us too. You can get calcium from other food sources.

I don’t drink straight up almond milk, but I use it in place of cow’s milk as dairy tends to make my skin break out. Soya milk is better for baking but I don’t like the taste as much as almond milk!

Because all three of us are probably intolerant, it's healthier, and it shaves off some of the guilt of supporting industrial dairy and cattle. What's not to love? I'm looking forward to trying this new pea milk I keep hearing about too.
