Help!!! 8 years on BC
Hey ladies. I’ve been on birth control for 8 years straight with no breaks. TriNessa from age 15-21 and then IUD from 21-23. I recently got my IUD out and this week I’m expected to start my first natural period without BC. I’m feeling really emotional, sad and SUPER anxious this week. Is this normal considering I’ve been on BC for so long and now my body is like WOAH!?
