I'm 20 years old, 5'10, weighing in at 220. I've lost 6 pounds but I feel as if I'm starving myself. My calorie intake is set to 1,117 calories a day. I just need some guidance on some of your favorite meals and how you got started on your weight loss journey! I would love to lose about 50 pounds, but the healthy way!!
