Chubby arms 😒
I've been working out(Insanity),
for about two-ish weeks and I've lost 2 pounds so far, I've Lost an inch on my hips and thighs, 4 inches on my waist but none on my arms. My arms are a bit chubby for me being so small and I need help with exercises to lose arm fat. I am 5'2 and 154 pounds, and just had a baby 3 months ago so any other advice would be great!
