Just left my doctors appt! I'm 37 weeks 4 days & he started checking me today and said I'm 1 centimeter dilated ?? Did this happen to anyone and did your progress speed up or stay the same ??

I’ve been 3cm for over a week now. But you never know! You can go from 1 to 10 in just a few hours or it can take weeks. I hope you get to see your baby soon!! (If you’re ready, that is!)

I was 1cm at 37 weeks and 50% effaced. I’m now 40 weeks and had a membrane sweep at 2cm 60% effaced 3 days ago.
Nothing. Nada. I say dilation before labor is just bull poopy

Everyone is different. I was 1cm at my 36 week check and 2cm at my 37 week check. It’s only been a few days for me but I’m not feeling like labor will happen soon. I’m trying to remain positive though because this just means less time dilating while in painful labor!

I was almost at a 1 for like eight weeks, then at a 2 for two weeks and now I’ve been at 3cm for a week. I’m due tomorrow and still no sign of labor.

Happend to me and I stayed the same... Ill be 38 Weeks tomorrow and they started. checking me 2 weeks ago.
