How long does it take for you to put your babies to sleep?

Hello mommas! I am curious are your babies easy to put to sleep? My son is 8,5 months and lately it has been so hard for us. Sometimes it takes 30-40 minutes. He used to go to sleep for 5 minutes after I put him to bed... don’t know what’s happening. Is the same for you?

When my son was that age I bathed him, lotioned, dressed, book, and rocked him while I have him a bottle. it took about an hour. I always tried to lay him down before he was asleep so he would learn to put himself to sleep

How many naps does your baby take? My girl would take forever to get to sleep and even fight sleep around that age until I dropped a nap. She went from 3 to 2 naps, then she started to fall asleep much faster.

My daughter is 7 months and has been having a bit of separation anxiety lately but she’s still asleep within 5-10 minutes.

My son was like this at that age. I’d rock him for an hour or longer some nights and it was exhausting. He finally grew out of it and now it only takes him 10-20 minutes and he stays asleep when I put him in his bed.

it sometimes can take a while for our 5 month old to go to sleep..i make sure that he gets plenty of play time and a full belly while he's awake and that helps..also, we let him cry himself to sleep if he gets fussy which never takes long..he also loves his little bear that is a sound soother that we keep away from him in the far corner of his crib
