I took plan b 4 months ago for the first time. Ever since I took it, I feel like the week before my periods are always the worst. I never used to get cramps and now I’ve been getting them every period. My boobs and nipples are sore. And my back aches.

Did taking plan b change anyone’s symptoms for af? Just feel like my periods are worse now ever since taking it.

And I’m not on any birth control so it’s not that.
