so just curious anyone ever have dreams about getting positive test? I had the craziest n most vivid dream last night that I got my bfp I've never dreamed about actual test lol I feel like maybe I'm going crazy or hopefully it's a good sign lol but just wanted to see if anyone else has had dreams n actually got positives or dreams n still get negatives
