Nursery water

I’ve been using Nursery Water WITH fluoride (I KNOW 😭) with my daughter’s formula for 6 months now (she’ll be 7 months in a few days). I just recently came across all the dangers of nursery water and fluoride and I’m completely freaking out. Not only with all the issues it can cause, and how it can cause fluorosis. She doesn’t have any teeth yet but now I’m convinced I have already messed up her teeth because I didn’t do proper research to begin with and fluorosis develops BEFORE their teeth come in. So, really upset right now.

Which water should I switch to? Should I switch to the Nursery Water with no fluoride or use different type of water? Any suggestions or advice for this really upset and sad mama are much needed 😩
