How do you lose “thigh”?
So I’ve lost some stomach (at least to part of my liking) but another part of my body that really bothers me is me thigh. They are so chunky so it bother me a lot especially if I sit down on a chair (cause they just expand 2x). Is there any like workout or thing you can do to lost some thigh??
