Becoming me again!
This is really a insecurity of mine but i gained 25 pounds from what I was last year. I was 135 last year and at the end of November of this I was 160. I decided it was time to change something because I didn’t like the way I looked and started to become very insecure and depressed. I started very slowly because of my weight, I was not motivated and too lazy to exercise. But I kicked myself into gear and started to eat right. Protein, fruit, veggies, gluten free carbs, only water, you name it! I worked out 6 times a week. As of rn, I am 143 and have lost 17 pounds! I gained muscle weight and lost fat weight and I’ve never felt so accomplished before!! 7 pounds to go and I’ll be myself again in no time!:))
