If I started bleeding while still taking provera do I count this as my period???? Or do I wait until I'm done taking all the pills and then I'll have my period??

I was prescribed to take two provera pills for 10 days because I didn't get my period and I'm supposed to call my obgyn when I start my period to schedule my hsg test. I still have today and tomorrow left to take provera and I started bleeding light since Monday. But it's not full flow, and not steady. I only need like 1 pad because there's only a little in the pad the whole day or there's blood when wiping with a little tiny clot. Ive never started bleeding before I finished taking all my provera pills. This is why I'm confused. Usually after I finish my 10 days of pills I get my period 4 days after stopping. But this time I've started having light bleeding since day 7 of provera but it hasn't been flowing or full flow. Is this my period???? Or will it be full flow after I take my last pills tomorrow?? Has this happened to anyone else!??
