I think I might have a bladder infection (TMI?)
I've had one before and it was pretty bad I was bleeding and thought I was on my period before I went to the ER for it. But I'm not bleeding this time, I just have really bad cramps, my pee is kinda cloudy, and I'm a little gassy. I just started a new medication though (Cyproheptadine) and it doesn't list cramps as a side effect but could it be that?
