tri-lo-marzia break through bleeding

Has anyone experienced bleeding while on the pill? I’m two weeks in and an hour after I take the pill I get cramps and a small clot passes and I start bleeding. Throughout the day I spot. Anyone else experiencing this and when will this stop? I’m thinking of going back to the doctor to make sure everything is ok. Please help if you can! 💗🙏🏽
