My husband and I have talked and decided to start TTC baby #1 this year! 👶🏻

That being said, I have some questions!

When did you start taking prenatal vitamins (and what is the best brand/why)?

Diet/exercise - for general health, did any of you start a new diet and exercise routine? If so, what were they and how did they work for you?
