Am I pregnant? What does this really mean?

We've been trying for 11mo now and today I randomly had a feeling (maybe day dreaming) about being pregnant and took this test around 8pm... my period is not due until the 18th according to Glow. What do you think? I plan to test again tomorrow AM.
