1st pregnancy!

I’m 5’9 and 242. I’m super excited I’m pregnant, finally after trying for 7-8 months. At the time I found out I wasn’t expecting it and had planned to lose a bunch of weight before I got pregnant. I’m wondering if it’s okay to exercise while pregnant? I really am worried about gaining a ton of weight since I’m already pretty heavy. I know I shouldn’t be worried about this at this point but it’s super hard!😭
