help please!

I need some advice, I just recently started having sex with my boyfriend, and he's my first so I'm a bit inexperienced with some things but I wasn't his first. when we're having sex and I'm on top, I have trouble keeping a rhythm with him so he ends up doing all the work while on bottom. does anyone have any tops on how i can make being on top better for him?
