Nutrition Help

So, I got an app to track my caloric intake, and to set goals for weight loss, as far as calorie restriction goes. I'm 5'1" and 130lbs, with a fit and curvy build (almost all fat in hips and legs). it told me my recommended caloric intake was 1300 calories a day for Weight maintenance. when I typed in that I wanted to shed 5 lbs by March, it recommended that I eat 1150 calories a day. I've been staying in that budget, and making sure I have at 30% protien daily. I don't feel like I'm deprived of food at all, but things I've read recently have suggested that restricting to lower than 1200 calories can screw with your metabolism and cause health issues and weight gain later. I've lost 2 lbs in 10 days. is what I'm doing unhealhy, and if so, any suggestions?
