When did you get your period after miscarrying?

It’s been 31 days since bleeding stopped. I had tiny, tiny spotting for ONE day, a few days ago. Didn’t even need a liner. But I still haven’t gotten a period. We’ve been TTC since bleeding stopped (tests are negative). When did you ladies get your first period after miscarrying? When should I be concerned if I don’t get it?

So sorry sweetie. It took me 33 days to get it. I was 9 weeks and had a D&C.;

I miscarried at 10 weeks and had to have a D&C; and finally got my cycle 10 weeks later

Exactly 6 weeks after miscarriage! And I did not ovulate during those six weeks. Hoping to ovulate this cycle, we will see 😊

I was 5-6 weeks with both my 11 and 23 week loss. After the late one though I had very light and short periods for about 4-5 months.

It does take time for your cycle to restart the further along you were when you MC. I say give it a bit more time 😊
