Ghostly presence

Helllloooo everyone! So I kinda have a weird dilemma. I’ve always thought there was a ghost in my apartment, sometimes I’ll feel like someone is watching me or I’ll feel a random gust of cold wind. Just weird things like that. Well recently, things have been falling with zero explanation and papers have moved totally randomly. It makes me so uncomfortable and I don’t know how to deal with it? Has anyone experienced this? Would sage help? I’m at a loss!!
