I started Meds again last Friday and started with 25mg once in the am of Zoloft. I should be ovulating right now but took this month off if ttc so I didn't do an opk- anyway I'm on day three of spotting and wondering if it's ovulation spotting (I've never experienced it in 15 years) or if the Zoloft would cause my period to be 2 full weeks early.... it was only the smallest amount ever on day one and then day two there was more and then today it's like day two but I've noticed it twice.

Anyway, I would typically assume it was ovulation spotting but I've never had it so I'm not sure and I've read that Zoloft can delay af or cause longer af but nothing about immediate menstrual changes or extremely early periods. Can anyone help? I'm just having a lot of anxiety about it and it's causing me to think I have a cyst or something but I'm not in any pain? Light, unusual cramping is all....

I'm on cd14 regular 26-28 day cycles
