I was at work and suddenly started feeling ill and threw up. Not positive it's the flu :( just hoping this passes quickly..

People often confuse influenza (The Flu) with stomach bugs. If you have the flu there is no vomiting. It is a respiratory thing characterised by fever, body aches, and usually breathing trouble and congestion. If you are having stomach issues or diarrhea, that isn't The Flu that is in the news and that people get shots to prevent. There is a big difference.

If vomiting is your primary symptom, it’s not influenza. Probably just a stomach bug (aka stomach “flu”).

24 hour bug hitting e veruone around here. sneaks up on you and in a few hours you're puking,  and 12 hours later your done puking but feel horrible. And the next day I can runn errands lol. hit my whole house and 2 weeks later hit my BF
