Don’t put a bandaids on it that’s why it’s starting to get infected
Follow the instructions the piercer gave u 
U should be cleaning it twice a day with antimicrobial soap and a saline solution
One day clean it with just the soap I mentioned the next day clean it with saline solution 
If that redness doesn’t go away go back to your piercer and have it checked
Also stop touching it avoid moving it if u can. When it’s healing it will have a little fluid but that’s normal just let the soap and solution do it’s job
It takes about 3-6 weeks for piercings to fully heal

I had this underneath my belly bar, put a cotton wool ball dipped in hot salt water every night for two weeks now it’s back to norm xx

Use some aquafor on it and don’t touch with your hands 👍

It looks like it's headed to an infection.
Get an antibiotic/ antiseptic ointment and get a bigger, none adhesive dressing. Put the ointment on and put the dressing on and leave it for at the very least, one whole day.

i just got it done saturday. i clean it 2-3 times a day. i also badange it when i cheer & dance but there are some instances where it gets bumped. im not sure if there’s anything wrong with it or if i’m just paranoid. better safe than sorry
