How to get baby to drop?

I’m 37 weeks. How can I get the baby to drop? Doctor said he’s still sky high! 🙄😓

My baby never dropped until I went into labor and was about to push. I had him at 38wks + 3days. Went into labor by myself. When I was fully dilated he still wasn’t fully engaged so I had to sit up for a couple hours at the end of the bed to get him to drop down!

Walk!!! I think that’s why my baby is so low is because I worked 8-9hr days where I was standing and walking all week long. I heard squats and those exercise balls are helpful too.

walking/hiking up hill, squats, birthing ball(sitting hip rotations and bouncing), crawling, pelvis tilts, labor dancing, laying on you left side with a peanut ball between your legs also opens up your pelvis and will allow him better access! good luck hope he drops real soon!
