What are some good weigh loss pills or meal plan that worked for you? (I will also be changing my diet with the pills)

You shouldnt take pills at all it's not healthy. Diet is the main factor for this. As long as you eat a healthy diet you should naturally lose weight as long as you are also doing portion control. Also exercise for atleast 30-40mins a few days a week atleast, whether that's just cardio or some weights

there is NO known successful weight loss pill except ONE that can only be prescribed by a Dr and has awful side effects. just change your diet. make a lifestyle change. look into intermittent fasting. take pictures of everything you put in your mouth and post it to social media to keep yourself accountable. if it looks bad for you it most likely is. stop looking for a quick fix and put in the effort.
