Fertility treatments 4 months after miscarriage

Hoping for a little support from you lovely ladies. We got pregnant in August with our sweet baby, then miscarriaged quickly after in mid September. We have been trying since, with no success and irregular cycles. I just saw my ob/gyn today who told me since I have endometriosis I have a short window to conceive and we are going to start on Chloymid whenever this cycle decides to start. Anyone else having fertility treatments or who have in the past who can provide some insight?
