I’ve only had period cramps once in my life....

And I’ve been having pain above my bellybutton and also cramping around my pelvis... a little bit of nausea (but not throwing up) and been super tired the past three days. There is a possibility I could be pregnant but I’ve never been so I don’t know. Should these cramps (that I never have) be a sign of early pregnancy?

Also, I took a pregnancy test yesterday but it came out negative..
