I’m 16 weeks postpartum and STILL have very large hemorrhoids from labor. I also still have vaginal pain anytime I am standing for long periods of time or if i get aroused. Haven’t been able to have sex with my husband since giving birth because of the pain. This is my first child so i don’t know if it’s normal to take this long to recover? There were no complications during labor, start to finish it was under 6 hours and I only had first degree tears. Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance for help.
