Chest feels heavy when i breathe in deeply
This has only been happening for 2 days including today. I eat right however i do eat a lot of carbs but anyway, when I breathe deeply I get discomfort at the top of my breast like above it and when at the same time my heart feels weird and feels heavy when I breathe in deeply however when I breathe normally nothing happens.
