So, I was diagnosed with PCOS early on because I had terrible periods from the word go. Me and my SO have been trying for a baby since around May of last year. I came off my pill and my periods were coming every other month at the same time, which was better than nothing. Then I came on and had a 2 week period, went to the docs and they prescribed tablets I had used before to stop it. Same thing happened in December and I've been on for nearly 4 weeks now. I went to the docs again and saw a different one, explained I was trying for a baby but she put me on Norethisterone... And said it won't help me get pregnant but will help my periods.. I've never taken them before but I don't understand if she knew I was trying for a baby why she has put me on them? Anyone else had this?
