Plan B delayed periods .. Experience?

This is the second period I've had after taking that thing and I was 4 days late. I used to be regular and I know the pill can mess with hormones. How long does it usually take to regulate?

Im really regular and the pill only messed up for that month, I was a week late. The other time I took it my period came early but for me it went basically back to normal the next month.

It took me a month or two to regulate again. But it could be something else causing the late period as well? Stress, illness, changes in diet, etc?
