Is it just me or....
So whenever I get close to my period like a week out or so, I bleed when I push to poop. Not like pushing so hard but pushing normally to poop and I tend to bleed. Then a few days to a week later I get my actual period. Did anyone else ever have this? My doctor says it’s normal...
