hey guys this is really dumb but like at my new school i’m the first chair flute player and the girl next to be is a real bitch to me because she’s been first chair her whole life. she decided to do challenge me for my chair now (i know that sounds very confusing i’m sorry). but anyway i know that i’m better than her but the slightest mistake is always possible and she’s been spreading rumor about me and i’m just really really upset and i can’t sleep at night or go to band class without a ton of anxiety and i’m getting really frustrated and sad and i was hoping maybe someone could help me here please and thank you :(
