Idk how to recover

I started eating three meals a day. I'm not only really eating once a day but I want to recover without gaining too much weight. My intake is much higher than it used to be, which I am proud of. I'm not underweight or anything, and I'm slowly becoming fine with my body. I just like the shape it is at now, but im afraid of upping my intake to truely recover. I'm really upset that I can't "just eat" and want to be able to function healthier. I just don't feel comfortable eating a lot.
