Pineapple core gone wrong???!

So I heard the core of the pineapple could help with implantation... I ovulated Sunday and decided to try this theory and I was misinformed and ate the WHOLE core 🤪 now I’m reading I should have split it up... should I be worried 😬?? Yes my teeth hurt right now lol

It’s called bromelian that’s found in the core of the pineapple it helps with implantation supposedly!

Fresh pineapple has an enzyme in it that soften your cervix so I’m sure you’re fine. Fun fact, hat also means when you are close to your due date that same pineapple enzyme can soften your cervix. That’s what put me in labor! 🤷🏼‍♀️
