New to infertility

Let me start by saying my DH and I have a healthy almost 2 year old that we conceived on our own within 6 months of trying.

When he was 9 mo that we got pregnant by surprise. Sadly that pregnancy ended in a MC at 7 weeks. I had a D&C; and have had irregular cycles ever since. Now a year into trying For baby #2 I have been diagnosed with POF.

We are just getting into scheduling an appt with a fertility doc. And also testing for underlying issues causing the POF.

Has anyone had a successful iui with your own eggs and is also diagnosed with POF? What I’m reading online is not hopeful. The thing is we won’t do donor eggs. And we won’t do IVF. So iui is kind of my only hope. I’ll be crushed if I can’t give my son a sibling.
