I’ve read online that apparently it’s normal and it’s created by the moisture, sweat and oil secretions. But I literally get it everyday which makes me feel dirty although I know I have good hygiene and don’t have any kind of infections.

its smegma. uncircumcised men get it also. it's natural, and the body's way of self cleaning and protection from infection.
