I'm 20wks and 5 days and I don't get them often but I'll get a cramp in my tummy and my back for like a minute is that normal? at my time?

I'm 22 weeks. I get them when I don't drink enough water. usually once I down a bottle of water they go away within like 15 min or so.

Yes, it is normal. Your body is starting to practice for the real thing. I am 22w 1d, I had 2 "contractions", although I was doing a lot of light lifting a up and down stairs the days I had them. My doctor said all is good.
