Okay so I hate how when I sit down I have fat rolls and I'm trying to lose weight to get rid of it so it's not so obvious (yes ik legit everyone has them but mine are bad). I have been binging for as long as I can remember and am trying to break the habit. As soon as I do that I can focus on eating actually healthy. It's really difficult and discouraging to not lose weight ugh but anyways I weight between 173-178 lbs usually. I play soccer so mostly my legs are muscular but there's still a fair amount of jiggle lol. I just really wish I could tone up my belly :( but anyway pls comment if u have a tip for me or if u think I'm healthy
