Baby 6 days old. Please help

So my daughter keeps having fits of just absolute miserable crying. She'll be burped, changed and fed and still screaming away. I try to get her to eat and she'll push away my nipple, I try to put it in a bottle and she pushes it away too. I try her pacifier, nope. Check her diaper, clean. Try to burp her and shes still miserable. My fiance and I dont know what else to do or what we're doing wrong. Please someone tell me how to help my baby. I hate seeing her cry like this.
