Should I be worried?

I’m about 33 weeks pregnant. About a week ago I lost a few pieces of my mucus plus and now I am having intense period cramps in my lower stomach. They have been on and off for the past hour. Should I be worried?

Your mucus plug has the ability to regenerate itself.. so this may not be the only time you “lose” it. I would make sure your drinking plenty of water, maybe drink a couple glasses of ice water and lay down and see if that helps. and you can always call l&d; and talk to them. But if they become regular and close together I would go in for a check.
