Uhm yes i get tested while in a relationship. I go every 6 months 🤷🏾‍♀️
I’m sure my boyfriend is faithful but shit.. just in case lol

I insist that any new partner get tested if I plan on having unprotected sex with that individual. It's possible to contract an STI and not even know it, so the logical thing is to protect yourself. I've had the discussion with several partners before and no one has ever refused to get tested, especially if you suggest to get tested with them.

I get checked every so often just because you don’t know what can pop up down the road. I do typically between relationships/hook ups if I’ve used protection or not. I asked my boyfriend to get checked before we became serious

I wasn't ever with anyone prior to my husband but I made him get tested before we ever did anything lol every ex of his was a train wreck that cheated on him so I wasn't taking chances
