Does anyone else feel like this

I feel like my boyfriend doesn’t push/encourage me enough. I’m always trying to encouraging him to apply for that job, ask for a raise, do something new etc. I have dated him since high school and always knew my career path and plan. I do well and am happy but I wish I felt like he was pushing me harder than I am. I put a lot of pressure on myself but I wish he would be like “ you should do that” or you know something like that. I know he’s proud of me but I wish sometimes when I give up on myself I had him there to support me more and not just listen to me complain.
