Help?!

Hi everyone so I have a 7 month old. Hes been sleeping through the night since he was 3 months old. Lately he wakes up 3 or 4 times and sometimes more during the night. He cries and screams and when I hold him he stops. I love him but I just can’t I can’t even sleep for 3 you’re without getting up because he cries. I check his diaper, I feed him , I even checked his ears to see if they hurt but they don’t seem to hurt. I just don’t know what to do anymore I’m so overwhelmed.

Before anyone says it I love my son and I don’t regret having him for one second but I just want 1 night at least. 😔
